The general industrial waste treatment line developed by XRIDO Group can transform general industrial waste into high-quality high-calorific value SRF/RDF, which can be used to replace coal as fuel, thus realizing the transformation of waste into energy. This treatment line is mainly aimed at relatively pure waste leather fabrics, commercial waste plastics and other high-calorific value solid wastes. For more complex wastes, the treatment goal can be achieved by adding screening machines and density air separators. This treatment line uses SRED's high-torque double-axis shear crusher and SRF/RDF special single-axis crusher. The material size after secondary crushing can reach 30-80mm (depending on application requirements), and the compliance rate is higher than 95%.

Pretreatment volume reduction: Through the shearing and tearing action of high-strength knives, large-volume industrial solid waste (such as waste furniture, tires, mixed garbage) is broken into uniform fragments, and the volume reduction rate can reach more than 70%, significantly reducing transportation and landfill costs.
Sorting adaptation: The crushed materials are easier to be separated by magnetic separation, wind separation and other sorting processes, which improves the separation efficiency of recyclable materials such as metals and plastics, and provides basic conditions for subsequent resource utilization.
Fuel preparation support: The shredded materials can directly enter the RDF/SRF molding system, compressed into high calorific value fuel rods, and replace coal for cement kilns or power plants.
